Netflix, in partnership with production company Platige Image, will be producing an adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski’s popular fantasy novels focusing on the supernatural monster slayers known as witchers. Sapkowski himself will be on board as a creative consultant to ensure that the series remains faithful to the source material, while Tomasz Bagiński – responsible for the cinematic intros to all three Witcher games – will be directing at least one episode per season.
