Now, when we play horror games, we usually explore abandoned towns on foot, investigate creaky old mansions or even space stations teeming with monstrosities – which is why Beware, a game that has you live through an intense life-and-death chase while staying behind the wheel, is quite unique in its premise. You would think that getting into a car would offer some level of relief to the player, but Beware proves how wrong that assumption is: here, you’ll be speeding down gloomy roads dimly illuminated by street lamps while another driver tries to make life a living hell for you.
